Feedback and Returns for Unmet Expectations

To streamline the process, include a clear photo of the received product along with a brief description of your concerns. Our team will review your request quickly and guide you through the next steps. Please note that our return policy is effective within 14 days from the date your package arrives. After this period, we may be unable to assist further.
Handling Damaged or Faulty Devices
If your device arrives damaged or isn't functioning as advertised, don't hesitate to reach out. We accept responsibility for manufacturing or shipping damages. To expedite refunds or replacements, please share photographs illustrating the defect, such as missing parts, visible flaws, or other issues. Photos should be taken on a flat surface with tags or errors clearly visible. Once we verify the problem, we'll arrange for a replacement, and in most cases, you won't need to return the faulty item. We use these images to improve quality control and prevent future issues.
Please be aware that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not include damages caused by:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Sun exposure leading to fade or discoloration
- Post-purchase modifications or repairs
This policy also applies within 14 days of receipt. If this period has elapsed, a full refund or replacement may not be feasible.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your shipment doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, you are eligible to request either a refund or a replacement. Contact our team with your order details, and we will prioritize your case. Keep in mind:
- Claims must be submitted within 60 days of placing your order to ensure tracking data is still available.
- Once processed, refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
